Environmental requirements for the painting process of aluminum alloy ships:
All construction stages in this process must monitor the temperature and humidity of the construction environment. The ambient temperature of the coating is 5-35 ℃, with a relative humidity below 85%, and the surface temperature of the substrate is 3 ℃ higher than the dew point. Temperature and humidity should be measured near the substrate. The substrate temperature is above 40 ℃, and construction is not recommended. Strictly follow the requirements of the product construction environment for construction. There is no dust around the hull, and it can be enclosed for construction with good ventilation conditions. Before each spray painting, moisten the aluminum alloy ship hull with water to reduce dust. The air compressor used for painting should ensure sufficient air pressure and capacity. Before entering the spray gun and airless spray machine, air should be cooled and separated from water to ensure that there is no water in the compressed air.
1.Aluminum alloy ship spraying construction should pay attention to the following points:
Before starting painting the aluminum alloy ship, the construction worker should inspect and adjust the spray gun;
2. Hold the spray gun well, ensuring that the spray beam is always perpendicular to the surface and maintaining a uniform distance of 25 to 30 centimeters from the coated surface, to prevent the hand and brain from turning into curved movements;
3. The trigger should be pulled before the edge of the surface to be coated aligns with the nozzle. The trigger should be fully pressed, and the spray gun should move at a uniform speed until it reaches the other side of the object, then the trigger should be released to shut off the fluid. However, when the spray gun continues to move a certain distance on the aluminum alloy boat until it returns to its original path and reaches the side of the object to be sprayed, the trigger should be completely pressed again, and the spray gun should continue to move past the object.
4. When spraying, start the trigger while moving the gun, and also turn off the trigger when moving;
5. Each spray nozzle should be 50% heavier than the previous one, and the paint film should be evenly covered. At the spraying corner, the spray gun should be aligned with the centerline of the corner to ensure uniform film thickness on both sides;
6. After the epoxy primer is completely cured (usually more than 24 hours), perform rough grinding (pneumatic or electric polishing machine can be used). Generally, 80 # -120 # sand discs or belts are used for polishing, and all primer surfaces are required to be polished in place.
