Inside the factory

Factory covers an area of about 1400 square meters, standard workshop. The building contains two cranes with a lifting weight of 2T. According to the requirements of ship construction, the plant is equipped with a plate processing area, an outer outfitting processing area, an inner outfitting processing area and a whole ship closing area.

Laser Cutting Machine

The power of the laser cutting machine is 3000w, which can cut carbon steel plate 18mm and below, aluminum magnesium alloy plate 8mm and below, and stainless steel plate.

CNC bending machine

The factory is equipped with a CNC flanging machine, which can process the plates of 8mm and below and form them in one body, which can reduce the amount of welding and improve the work efficiency.
